The Customer Service award honors those companies whose commitment to providing their customers with an excellent overall product and experience has elevated them to the top of their industry in their service area. This recognition serves once again to excite and reinvigorate us and we are determined more than ever to continue improving, not only in customer service, but all aspects of our company, products and services.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with our company, Titan Architectural Products is a manufacture of stairs and railing systems. We work in all wood species and steel fabrication including stainless steel. We offer designs in the afore mentioned materials as well as stainless cable, glass, aluminum and all conceivable combinations of each. Additionally we offer custom millwork, carpentry and fabrication of architectural embellishments including fireplace mantels, awnings, fencing, gates ladders, furniture and more throughout Utah. Unlike many in our industry we do not focus on the material, like typical steel fabricators or finish carpenters we are therefore able to provide many components that that typically involve multiple trades and the related scheduling and design conflicts. As we continue to fine tune our systems we hope to continue improving our customers experience, design options, seamless scheduling and of course overall price and value.
Once again, we appreciate the recognition in what we feel is the most important aspect of our company, our customer service. Over the past year we’ve continued to grow and face a variety of issues with the current construction boom, labor shortages and moving to a new and improved location, but we’ve always strived to keep our focus on our customers. We appreciate that our efforts have not gone unnoticed and will strive to continue this trend.
